The Brad Evans Foundation Scholarship
Brad's parents, Paul and Scottia, brothers and sisters-in-law, Morgan and Pamela, Matt and Julie, read the applications with great interest. Students accepted to Berkeley are, by definition, exceptional and to select one with the qualifications that exemplified Brad's spirit was not easy.

The Brad Evans Foundation Scholarship Committee members were so impressed with the applicants this year, but one stood out!

was awarded to
Newport Harbor High School senior,
Hailey Smith
 
Congratulations, Hailey!

Hailey received many academic awards and was involved in several community volunteer activities including an environmental project called Simply Green.
 
Hailey is concerned about taking care of natural resources as well as politics and is considering a career in public service.
