The Brad Evans Foundation Scholarship

Brad's parents, Paul and Scottia, and three other committee members were awed by thre quality of this year's applicants.
 
Students accepted to Berkeley are, by definition, exceptional but the 2007 applicant's presented a challenge to the committee.
